In a bustling household with five sisters, getting your turn in the kitchen was a rite of passage. For us, Saturdays meant baking. I still remember the excitement of my very first turn. We made oatmeal cookies, and as I read the recipe card, I called out for "rolled outs." If you bake, you know exactly why that is funny! That childhood kitchen is where my passion began.
